Summer is a wonderful time of the year for Sandy and I.

We start by pulling out the maps and atlases and let our fingers cruise over spots we'd like
to ride to.
Have you been to...?
Boy, it's been years since we last visited.....
We've always wanted to go see...

Well, perhaps this summer is THE summer we'll get to do these things!
This is not a commercial, or a product endorsement, but my favorite magazine is MIDWEST
LIVING. All of Region E encompasses the area that the magazine covers.
Their stories and photography make me want to save every issue and visit the places that
they've highlighted.
Our magic chariot is of course, our Gold Wing motorcycle.
You've probably seen her. Her name is "Sam" and together with Bandit, our raccoon mascot,
they were featured on the July '09 cover of Wing World Magazine.
Sandy and I enjoy dropping in on chapter meetings we've never attended before. What a
great way to make new friendships!
Going on a trip this summer? A few keystrokes on the computer and you can find chapter
meetings where ever you're headed.
There ought to be a law against having so much fun, but hey, we're right in the middle of
the country and no matter which way we point Sam's front tire, we're gonna have fun!
